How much does it cost?

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £45.

Payment can be made on the day by cash or by cheque. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer can be agreed. I may charge the full fee for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

How many sessions will I need?

The duration of counselling will be negotiated between us. Some people prefer to work with an open contract whereas others prefer to have a fixed number of sessions.

Where can I see you?

I offer daytime and evening sessions from the privacy of therapy rooms located at The Cornerstone, on Norreys Avenue in Wokingham, and at Castle Street in Reading.


What happens next?

I offer a reduced fee of £20 for an initial meeting during which you can raise any questions you have.

This is also an opportunity for you to tell me a little about what has brought you to counselling, what you would like to get from our time together and whether or not I am the right person to help you.
